We need to be very proactive when we take preorders.
Always take 10% down for a preorder unless a customer is a regular or you clear it with your store lead or manager.

Please fill out this form completely and accurately. IF the item is in stock at Games Workshop it will ship immediately. At Alliance it will ship on our next order usually within 2 business days. Everywhere else we have to contact them and set the shipment up.
